Dr. Aleema Joseph

Dr. Aleema Joseph is a highly experienced Specialist Gynaecologist and Obstetrician with 40 years of medical practice. She earned both her MBBS and Doctor of Medicine (MD) from St. John’s Medical College in Bangalore, India. She also holds a certificate in specialized endoscopic surgery.

Dr. Aleema has been serving patients at Shifa Al Jazeera since 2008. Before joining, she worked at Al Hilal Hospital in Bahrain and spent over 23 years at various respected hospitals in India, including St. John’s Medical College and St. Martha’s Hospital. She also has experience teaching medical students.

She has a special interest in helping couples with infertility issues and caring for women during menopause. Her extensive experience allows her to provide expert care for both routine and high-risk pregnancies.
